We rigorously inspect every Paciencia bag. We accept exchanges only in the event of an error on our part, specifically:
- The bag arrives damaged or defective (a true manufacturing fault).
- You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong design or color).
Please notify us within 24 hours of documented delivery with clear photos. The bag must be unused with all original packaging intact.
All other sales are final. We do not accept exchanges for change of mind or for reasons other than the defects listed above.
